Dr. Osama Khojah
I grew up between Taif and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and completed my MBBS at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Jeddah. Since then, I’ve focused on clinical care, research, and teaching. I was drawn to neurology by its diagnostic depth and the impact of timely care in acute settings, which shaped my interest in acute neurology and stroke systems of care. I’m particularly interested in applying practical education and streamlined protocols to improve bedside outcomes and trainee learning.
I’m also excited by innovations that make acute care faster and safer, from systems-level improvements to evolving reperfusion strategies
Outside of residency, I enjoy playing chess (I swear by the Sicilian), tennis, and following football as a Manchester United fan. At home, you can usually find me rewatching Brooklyn Nine-Nine or spending time with friends. Fun fact: I survived medical school on minimal caffeine and sheer stubborn optimism. In another life, I’d probably be an actor performing exclusively in Les Misérables.
